I’m at a phase where I’m not bothered by what is behind the shadows. One moment at a time is how I’m navigating this season. I hope I continue like this.

It was lovely reading from you as always, my friend.

Reading this is like looking in the mirrored image of my own unwritten thoughts. May we all make it to our unknown

Embracing the unknown, I let go of worries about the future. I focus on now, taking things one moment at a time. When anxiety creeps in, I pause, breathe deeply, and stay grounded in the present. Because I do not know what’s to come.

Great advice. Sometimes tough to implement but helpful to remember nonetheless.

Embracing uncertainty is part of the journey. It’s ok to feel lost, it’s temporary and your path will reveal itself.

To feel lost is to live a life really moved towards what's not lost yet! I think this whole writing is itself a form of seeking even when a sense of loss tries to overtake us! You are not alone Harun and this is not forever! Coz somehow we all find ourselves for life back again!! Such is the magic of our souls. This post literally feels like an open heart talk and I want to hug you for boldly embracing your not knows and still showing up for what's all there to be known even amidst the chaos of loss that pervades us all. More power to you!🫂

Progress is synonymous with feeling lost, because progress is venturing into the unknown. One who doesn't feel lost is living in the past, because only the past is known with certainty. We're all lost, and we'll be, until the end of time. This is the price of continuously seeking improvement.

That is profound wisdom, my friend. The unknown is only the concern of those moving into uncharted territory. Thank you for engaging, Pat.

The prisoner example shows how moments of success can hide deeper feelings of confusion. We can all relate to this in daily life. One way to cope might be by accepting that uncertainty is normal and trusting that clarity will come with time. Thanks for sharing this personal insight; we often face this struggle.

I can relate! Sometimes the unknown can feel very heavy. In my opinion, we're all a little lost. This is where I think having faith in something greater than us can help. It's helped me in times of uncertainty. Just my two cents! A great read and thanks for sharing, Harun.

Thanks, Daniel! I too have found my faith to help a lot in that regard. But there’s still an unease that I feel with uncertainty that I can’t fully shake. Such is the human condition I guess 😅.

I go in waves. A few weeks ago I felt supremely confident and on the right path, lately I’ve been feeling scared and unsure. I think it will even out soon

I loved how you talked about not knowing what's to come, because seriously, SAME! People always say to "accept the unknown," but like... HOW?! 😅 It’s so much easier said than done. Your words are so relatable and always comforting!

I am glad I am not the only one who struggles with this 😅! I hope we can at least get to a place where it is less worrying.

Thank you for your kind words, Mohika 🫶🏾.

If only we could embrace the certainty of not knowing what's to come, we'd be open to so much more of what life has to offer. Great post, Harun!
