I definitely have experienced my breaking point. In my past life, I ignored that my income was dwindling until I was forced to sell my home and move abroad. Luckily this opened up an entirely new world for me, but I could have accepted the strains on my bank account sooner.
I connected with your analogy of tree branches; it’s such a relatable reminder that recognizing our limits isn’t weakness but wisdom, and sometimes breaking is the first step toward growth. Thank you for sharing, Harun.
Thank you for this reminder Harun. Yes breaking is very important but it should happen at the right time and strangely enough it always occurs at the right time. You need to trust your ability to grow from it.
I've faced my share of breaking points, including a knee injury from playing beach tennis last January. Despite the pain, I tried to power through, but eventually had to surrender and stop exercising. It took eleven long months for my knee to heal, but the journey taught me valuable lessons in patience, self-care, and listening to my body. 🙏🏽

Sometimes we need to be broken to grow back stronger. This is what you’ve done now and you can’t be broken in the same way again.
I’m glad you could relate to this post, Elizabeth.
Know your limits, to stay within them initially, and then so that you exceed them. Thank you for this wisdom, Harun.
Couldn’t agree more, Pat. Thank you for your support.
